It has been a difficult year for everyone around the globe and I am sure we will all be glad to see the back of 2020.
The team at Struan Baptie Property Management Ltd have worked incredibly hard through these challenging times whilst maintaining their positive and can-do attitude even when I am sure they were struggling themselves.
But I do believe there has been a lot of positives that have come out of lockdown. We’ve all learned to adapt our working environment, we have shown our caring side to others in need and focused on what is really important, which is even more relevant at this time of year, family and friends.
I can only imagine how hard it has been and still is for some people who have not had the chance to see their loved ones and people living alone suffering from loneliness.
We all feel lonely from time to time. But feelings of loneliness are personal, so everyone’s experience of loneliness will be different.
If you can do anything this Christmas (given these restrictions!!) send someone a card or letter or even arrange to meet up with them for a coffee (unless you are in Tier 4!). That simple act of kindness will go a long way and will not be forgotten by that person.
