Covid-19 Update – Viewings
Further to the latest Government guidelines, we are now in a position to allow in person viewings as of Monday 29th June 2020.
Our viewing agent, George, will be back on Wednesday 1st July and I am sure he is excited to see you all!
During lockdown, we have been producing video tours of vacant properties which was allowing potential tenants to view a “snapshot” of the property. However, a video can be deceiving, so we are all delighted at the news that viewings can go ahead from next week following strict Government guidelines.
It will come as no surprise that viewings, for the foreseeable future, will not be carried out to the volume as they were before lockdown, which we are sure you will understand.
We will allocate 2 viewing slots per day to each property and we are allowing one person (or a couple from the same household) to view the property at one given time.
Our viewing agent will arrive at the property before the viewing time and open all doors, windows and switch lights etc on and will remain outside whilst the viewing takes place. The viewers will be advised not to touch any surfaces where possible and are encouraged beforehand to bring their own sanitiser and to wear gloves and masks at their own discretion. Viewers will be emailed the video tour initially which will hopefully cutdown unnecessary viewings. Our viewing agent will also have the correct PPE.
It goes without saying, that if you are unwell or have been in contact with anyone showing signs of Covid-19, please do not view any of our properties.
Hopefully this will be the start of some “normality” to all of us and businesses alike.
