We have taken the decision to close our office from today until further notice due to the uncertainty and seriousness of Covid-19. We also made this decision to try and help reduce the spread of the virus and for the safety of our staff.
We are all working from home answering emails and all calls between working hours (9-5pm) have been diverted to our mobile phones.
Please call Struan on 07793 822 225 outwith these times and weekends.
Please understand that we are working with limited resources and some requests from our landlords or tenants may have to be put on hold until further notice. That being said, at the moment, all our contractors are working as normal and we ask all tenants to call only for emergency repairs at this time. If you or any member of your household are in isolation or are showing any signs of Covid-19, please make us aware beforehand.
Please use a degree of common sense to determine what is classed as an emergency.
I would like to advise landlords to expect some delays in rental payments due to tenants having to take time off work due to illness, isolation or childcare. We ask for you to understand these extreme circumstances we are all facing and take the necessary precautions as advised by the Government.
I would also like to advise tenants that if they do find themselves not working or experiencing a wage reduction or hardship, to speak to your local authority immediately to apply for Universal Credit and contact us immediately.
At this point, there will no longer be any face to face viewings at our properties but if you would like to request a video call viewing, we can certainly accommodate.
We are all going through a period of uncertainty and we have not taken any of these decisions lightly. We ask all our landlords and tenants to cooperate with us through this difficult time.
From all of my team and me, we would like to wish you all well and stay safe.
