Very helpful when we have a problem, always upto date with new saftey procedures ie, fire alarms , gas boilers ect, 6 monthly check is always done which is good for you as a landlord and also for us as a tenant , we needed insulation on door and are hopefully getting flooring as well, we happy rent from yourselves.
